Harvest period of pistachio, which is one of the most important income sources of the city's economy in Siirt, has begun.
New crop Siirt pistachio
Producers, who start to collect peanuts by going to the peanut vineyards from the first light of the morning, harvest the products by laying nylon under the trees, shaking the tree or plucking it in the opposite direction of the peanut's growth.
The peanuts, which are then collected and filled into sacks, are subjected to the drying process.
